Post undergrad at Temple University, Ty was recruited to work with the NBA and afterward for multiple fortune 500 companies including IBM and Cintas. During his time at each of them, he was successful in driving revenue and delivering results. Over the years, he developed a reputation for being resourceful, confident, and inquisitive. While his time in corporate America taught him what he needed to learn about business and sales, he became increasingly frustrated with corporate culture. While studying for his MBA in International Business, he began brokering real estate funds. This became his purpose after witnessing how many individuals were not properly educated or confident enough to leverage capital for their home purchases and investments.

Ty’s mission is to provide funding education and funding options to clients so they can be better prepared and make the best decisions for their lives and goals. When you can better leverage your options is when you are truly able to own, create, and have things your way… And THAT is what he wants to see happen for you.
