Robert and his team have been outstanding. Never a wasted moment with his team of professionals. Got everything done on time or early, that gave me an option to close on the house 1 week earlier which helped the seller as well. Its run with military precision, as he checks and double checks the documents, coordinates with real estate agents and tells them exactly what is needed and whom to contact. During part of my closing he was an event (I think in Chicago), he was texting me during the conference (because he couldn't call me), then on his break he would immediately call me to explain what I needed to do and whom to contact. He continuously updated me on the current fluctuation in the market in regards to rates and got me locked in before they skyrocketed. He was insisting we get locked in because with his knowledge and following the feds and interest rates said that was definitely going to jump. I would use his team in a second if I was to buy/sell again anytime soon. I would recommend him to any friend or colleague. You wont be disappointed.
